And our brand-new "Run The Runway" event in the afternoon, is literally taking off! Whether you're an elite runner or someone who enjoys a leisurely pace, we are so happy that you have found your place here.

ZOOM COURSE TALK
As race weekend approaches, reward your thorough training by attending our final Zoom course talk on January 23rd. Join us for an informative session where we'll ensure you're fully prepared for the big day. Topics will include crucial race day nutrition, parking logistics, and shuttles, among other valuable insights. BOOK YOUR LODGING

PACKET PICK-UP
We have race number pick-up at three convenient locations: Phoenix, Flagstaff, and Sedona. NOTE! Sedona PPU is at the Courtyard by Marriott. They’ve got a carbo loading meal on the menu in The Bistro just for you! Remember, the Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K are sold out, so bringing an ID for bib collection is essential. SCHEDULE
Runners and supporters will enjoy a full weekend of events in Sedona. The excitement starts with packet pick-ups in Phoenix and Flagstaff, followed by a Pick-Up Expo on Friday in Sedona. Don't miss the lively post-race party at the Concourse's Beer Garden. The festivities conclude with "Run the Runway" at Sedona Airport—perfect for cheering on athletes and enjoying breathtaking views. Plan ahead for an unforgettable experience.

SHUTTLES & PARKING
Our FREE shuttle service ensures a stress-free race day. Visit our map and look for the school buses with RunSedona signage and hop on for a ride. Operating every 20 minutes from 6 am to 2 pm, these shuttles are available for pre-race and post-race transit. Family and friends are welcome, but athletes get priority.
Allow extra time in case a shuttle comes by that is already full. It may be a better idea to walk if you are short on time and waiting at a stop near the starting line.
If you're driving, event parking is ONLY available at Red Rock High School, just a short walk from the start line.

WEATHER
The Weather on Race Day in Sedona, Arizona, is perfect for running; however it can be unpredictable. Expect an average high of 61°F and a low of 33°F . The precipitation averages a low 2.17 inches, but this can fall as rain or snow. It's essential for participants to prepare with extra layers for the varying conditions. Embrace the invigorating weather and ensure you're ready for a comfortable race day.
GEAR CHECK: You can use the clear race-day Gear Drop Bag and safety pins provided at Packet Pick-Up to hold your layers. Tear off the lower tag on your bib to mark the handles your race-supplied or personal gear bag. If you use a personal bag for Gear Drop, it must be clear.

WE ARE CUPLESS
The 2025 event embraces sustainability by going cupless. Participants in the Northern Arizona Heathcare Half Marathon, HydraPak 10K and the 5K will receive HydraPak SpeedCups in their race packets. Run The Runway athletes, we recommend that you purchase SpeedCups with your discount online before the event. Secure your sustainable race experience today!

RACE START
The race starts right behind the NAH Sedona, formerly Verde Valley Medical Center. As participants gear up for the race, they can feel reassured with enhanced security measures provided in cooperation with city, county, and state law enforcement agencies.
The first race to start is the Half Marathon at 8 a.m. sharp!! Participants will be allowed to enter the chute according to race distance and start time, at least 5 minutes prior to the respective start.
Make sure your bib is visible on the front of your outer layer to enter the start corral. For accurate timing, do not bend/fold or remove the timing tag on your bib.

RACE RULES
Wear your race number on your front layer. It must be visible at all times.
Let's keep the course friendly and give each other plenty of space. Walkers are encouraged to stay on the right, leaving space for runners.
Participants not aiming to win should allow competitive runners to be at the front of the starting chute.
All participants are expected to display courteous, professional behavior at all times.
No rollerblades, bicycles or scooters, etc, are allowed on the course.
Runners that do not run the distance they signed up for will be disqualified.

AID STATIONS
Race day promises a well-supported run with three (3) Aid Stations strategically placed along the out and back course and one (1) in the Start/Finish area.
These stations are operated by enthusiastic volunteer groups that are eager to earn your vote as the favorite. Each station is equipped with quick fill pitchers and self-serve jugs, ensuring seamless hydration. Remember to bring your own hydration cup or bladder. Get ready to support the volunteers and stay hydrated!

SAY CHEESE AND WIN!
Bring your moves to race day! The Strike-a-Pose contest will be at the 3-mile mark a chance to win two (2) free entries to the 2026 event and $50 in gift cards! Sponsored by Run Sedona and Run Flagstaff running shops, this year's highlight is a new giant picture frame for photos! Here’s how it works:
1. Hop in the frame and shoot a pic with your smartphone - we’ll have a person on course to take the photo for you if you need it.
2. To enter the contest, post your best race pose and tag us on social media by Monday, February 3rd.

HALF MARATHON PACERS
Trying to achieve a PR (personal best)? Just want to make sure you beat the course time-limit? The Beast Pace Team leaders can help you achieve your finish time goal!
There are (7) seven pace group divisions for the Northern Arizona Healthcare Half Marathon: 1:40, 1:50, 2:10, 2:25, 2:35, 2:50 and 3:00.
Find them at the starting line in bright colors and you’ll be friends for life!

RESULTS & AWARDS
FOR RESULTS: Hover over Results in the navigation bar at the top of the website and select your race.
AWARDS: Join us at the Awards Stage for an exhilarating results and awards ceremony, where excitement and anticipation fill the air. Celebrate the achievements of the fastest runners as we honor the top three male, female and non-binary finishers in each distance category: 5K, 10K, and HALF Marathon.
Please note that age group awards must be collected at the Information Tent in the Concourse finish area. They will not be mailed.

RUN THE RUNWAY
BlueWolf Events, Sedona Airport and the Sedona Chamber of Commerce deeply regret to inform you that the Federal Aviation Administration has notified us that the Run The Runway race cannot take place on the Sedona Airport Runway tomorrow and we must relocate the event.
We will now hold the race at the RunSedona course, maintaining the same schedule and events. You can still pick up your race t-shirt at Packet Pick-Up before the race tomorrow at the RunSedona Event concourse. We are truly heartbroken by this last-minute change and offer every Run The Runway participant a free entry to any of our races next year.

IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER
RunSedona takes place rain or shine, with race organizers keenly monitoring weather conditions to ensure athlete safety. In case of inclement weather, such as snow, start times may be adjusted, and participants will be notified the evening prior via email.
While delays are determined based on conditions, please note that refunds, deferrals, or transfers due to weather-related changes are not available. Stay informed and plan accordingly for a successful race day.
