Choose from four events designed for runners and walkers of all abilities. Each course is out and back winding through Sedona’s iconic red rock landscape on scenic asphalt roads, offering stunning views and a memorable experience in the heart of Arizona’s high desert.
Course limit is 5 hours for all races with a course closure at 1:00 pm.
Half Marathon
Elevation: +/- 1089 ft
13.1 Miles
Conquer the rolling hills of Dry Creek Road on this epic course, where rewarding ups and downs meet Sedona’s iconic red rocks. Crushing this half marathon is one massive achievement you’ll remember for a lifetime.
10K
Elevation: +/- 508 ft
6.2 Miles
The perfect balance of challenge and beauty on this scenic 10K out-and-back course featuring red rock vistas around every bend that are guaranteed to inspire your race day miles.
5K
Elevation: +/- 305 ft
3.1 Miles
Great for first-timers and seasoned runners seeking a PR. Explore the stunning red rocks on a shorter but equally scenic course offering the perfect mix of rolling hills and inspiring Sedona views. Strollers welcome.
5K Walk
3.1 Miles
Elevation: +/- 305 ft
This untimed event is perfect for families, walkers, and anyone who wants to soak in the red rock scenery at their own pace. Furry friends welcome, and costumes encouraged for our 5K Paws Walk costume contest!

Performance Race Shirt
ALL participants in the RunSedona Half Marathon, 10K, 5K races, and 5K walk will receive a performance t-shirt designed for all genders.
Register before 12/15/26 to guarantee your size.
FINISHER MEDAL
Each participant who completes the Half Marathon, 10K, 5K race or 5K walk will be awarded a beautiful Finisher Medal!
Awards for every distance
You train hard, and we want to honor it. Awards follow each race at the main stage.
Overall winners
The top three overall male, female, and non-binary finishers in every distance are honored with special awards.

Age-category champions earn 2027 Reserved Entries and discounts, emailed to winners after the event.
SUSTAINABLE RACING
We've eliminated disposable cups at our races. All Athletes have the option of carrying their own hydration vessels, or they will be provided a reusable race cup at Packet Pick-Up.
Sedona's red rocks, Oak Creek, and the Verde River are treasures we share. Our goals is to protect them for generations to come.
