PACKET PICK-UP
For your convenience, RunSedona hosts Packet Pick-Up (PPU) events in Phoenix, Flagstaff, and Sedona. In the event that we are sold out, please avoid picking up your bib on race morning. If you have to pick it up then, be sure to arrive at the Marriott Courtyard Sedona at least an hour early so you don't miss the start of your race.
Athletes can attend one of these Packet Pick-up events to collect their bib with timing tag and make any needed last minute revisions to their registration. Make sure to review all the information in the 2027 Athlete Guide (coming in the Fall) before you arrive.

What to bring
Remember to bring a valid photo ID or passport. We'll verify it's you before giving out your race bib.
You can also pick up race numbers for others by showing a photo of their valid ID or passport.
If gathering more than two extra bibs, please prepare a list of names, have IDs for each person, and be patient with the volunteer assisting you.
Parents or guardians can collect bibs for children. The Solutions team might assign these specific bibs for accuracy.
It's also a fantastic opportunity to explore the latest gear and offers from our retail partners, so bring your preferred method of payment!
what to get
PARTICIPANT T-SHIRT: You can collect your t-shirt at any PPU location.
GEAR DROP BAG: A clear Gear Drop Bag will be provided for race day. Detach the lower tag from your bib and attach it to the handles of your bag. Drop this at the Gear Drop tent in the Start area before your start time. If you bring your own bag, ensure it is clear.
RACE DAY CUPS: Athletes will receive a reusable cup along with their bib and t-shirt.
PRE-PURCHASED MERCHANDISE: Available at the Sedona Packet Pick Up and on race day at the Marriott Courtyard Sedona until 7:15am.

Race number pickup locations and the Sedona Expo will close at the times listed below.
On race morning, number pickup will close at 7:15 AM, and no bib numbers will be assigned after that time.
DISTANCE SWITCHES: You can manage your registration via Run Signup until February 5, 2027.
Log into RunSignup, go to Profile > Upcoming Events > Manage Registration > Transfer Event.
On the Transfer Event page, you'll see your Transfer Information. Confirm your details. Complete the registration process for the new event to proceed.
Confirm your transfer by clicking the "Start Transfer" button.
