PACKET PICK-UP

For your convenience, RunSedona hosts Packet Pick-Up (PPU) events in Phoenix, Flagstaff, and Sedona.  In the event that we are sold out, please avoid picking up your bib on race morning. If you have to pick it up then, be sure to arrive at the Marriott Courtyard Sedona at least an hour early so you don't miss the start of your race.

Athletes can attend one of these Packet Pick-up events to collect their bib with timing tag and make any needed last minute revisions to their registration. Make sure to review all the information in the 2027 Athlete Guide (coming in the Fall) before you arrive.

What to bring

  • Remember to bring a valid photo ID or passport. We'll verify it's you before giving out your race bib.

  • You can also pick up race numbers for others by showing a photo of their valid ID or passport.

  • If gathering more than two extra bibs, please prepare a list of names, have IDs for each person, and be patient with the volunteer assisting you.

  • Parents or guardians can collect bibs for children. The Solutions team might assign these specific bibs for accuracy.

  • It's also a fantastic opportunity to explore the latest gear and offers from our retail partners, so bring your preferred method of payment!

what to COLLECT

  • PARTICIPANT T-SHIRT: You can collect your t-shirt at any PPU location.

  • GEAR DROP BAG: A clear Gear Drop Bag will be provided for race day. Detach the lower tag from your bib and attach it to the handles of your bag. Drop this at the Gear Drop tent in the Start area before your start time. If you bring your own bag, ensure it is clear.

  • RACE DAY CUPS: Athletes will receive a reusable cup along with their bib and t-shirt.

  • On race morning, number pickup will close at 7:15 AM, and no bib numbers will be assigned after that time.

  • DISTANCE SWITCHES: You can manage your registration via Run Signup until February 5, 2027.

    1. Log in to RunSignup, go to Profile > Upcoming Events > Manage Registration > Transfer Event.

    2. On the Transfer Event page, you'll see your Transfer Information. Confirm your details. Complete the registration process for the new event to proceed.

    3. Confirm your transfer by clicking the "Start Transfer" button.

FAQs

Everything you need to know about collecting your bib, timing tag, and race gear before RunSedona.

  • Yes, you are welcome to have another person collect your race packet, as long as they have a photo of your ID or passport.

  • No. Parents/guardians are welcome to collect race packet(s) for minors without the minor present.

  • Yep! We will have multiple bins of safety pins available at Packet Pick-Up.

  • Yes. A post-race t-shirt exchange runs at the Sedona location until 11:00 AM MST on race day, subject to availability.

    T-shirts are not mailed, so plan to handle exchanges during race weekend.

  • Yes. Bibs and t-shirts are collected in person at one of the PPU events and are not mailed. If you can't make a Phoenix or Flagstaff date, you can still pick up in Sedona on the Friday before the race or on race morning.

  • Bring a valid photo ID or passport — we'll verify your identity before handing over your bib. If you plan to shop the retail partners on site, bring your preferred method of payment too.

    • Bib with timing tag — required to participate and be scored

    • Participant t-shirt — a performance shirt designed for all genders (collect at any PPU location)

    • Reusable Race Day cup — RunSedona is a cupless race, so this is yours to carry and refill on course

    • Safety pins for attaching your bib

    • Clear gear drop bag for race day

    • Pre-purchased merchandise, if you ordered any
